The ISO standard requires that each department/area of the company outline in some detail the work that they do each day, and the procedures they use to do it. Once those Work Instructions have been formulated, they are the basis for measuring company performance in those areas. Evaluation is made periodically throughout the year by trained internal auditors, and on an annual basis by an external auditor. The external auditor determines our level of compliance with our own procedures, and our suitability to retain our certification for the following year.

All of this effort is put forth to enable us to provide the best possible products and services to our customers, with the highest achievable levels of quality and consistency. NBC Meshtec set the standard with their registration to ISO 9001:2000 (now 9001:2008) and has made a commitment to the environment through ISO 14001 registration as well.
